Frequently asked questions

What is coaching with Jenny

An ongoing relationship focusing on your action towards the realisation of your visions, goals and desires. Because I recognise you are a unique individual, we will tailor a programme customised to your needs.

Our sessions are confidential, independent and non-judgemental, knowing we are all human and miss-takes are part of learning/growth.

I will be your personal champion, encouraging and supporting you on the path as you continue to make important life-changing choices.

What are the benefits of hiring a coach?

My role is to facilitate the process of clarifying WHAT you want to achieve, WHY you want it and then helping to plan the HOW to get it.

At the end of each session, you will tell me what you want to action and be accountable for that and reporting back on your progress.

How long does each session last?

The session lengths are agreed upon by you and me. They will typically last for one to two hours depending on what you want to address. A Core Values session may take up to three hours, a Goal Setting session may take up to two hours and single solution to a current issue is usually one hour long.

What do we cover in the sessions?

The sessions are always focused on what you want to achieve as an outcome. This process is all about you.

How does coaching differ from consultancy/mentoring?

Coaching is about self empowerment, so that you are in the driver’s seat at all times.

Coaching is an equal relationship, knowing that you know yourself better than anyone else and have all the resources you need to effect change.

Consultancy is advice driven, mentoring is more instructive being conducted (ususally) by an experienced individual passing knowledge to one less experienced.

How much does coaching cost?

The coaching investment will vary depending on the coach and the outcome you are looking to achieve. Please contact me for a price that will suit your needs.

What does a core values session involve?

A Core Values with me is unlike any other. I will ask you a series of evidence-based questions about you and you alone, to name the key elements of what has always mattered most to you in your life as a unique individual.

The Core Values process will uncover your hot buttons and motivators, and highlight a deep level of understanding of why you do what you do. Typically you will discover five to seven Core Values. This is knowledge you use as an empowering tool so you can live your most fulfilling, authentic life.
